- AKSes or Acuan Kepemilikan Sekuritas is an information system designed by Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) to help investors monitor their owned portfolio of securities. By using the method of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Doll and Torkzadeh (1998) and Xiao and Dasgupta (2002), the research was conducted to determine the level of AKSes user satisfaction using 6 component of the test: content, accuracy, format, easy to use, timeliness, and validity and reliability. Gender, age, and education are the characteristic of user that are also calculated to see the affect on the level of user satisfaction of this system. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction of AKSes are on average up to satisfied and user characteristics that affect the level of user satisfaction level are gender and education
