  • Rejuvenation strategy or renewal/turnaround strategy defined as effort to build effective system and skill that needed in growth and sustainability of a corporation. A successful rejuvenation process determined by cause factor identification. At least there are seven basic problems that can be detected easily. They are liquidity problem, payment problem, profit declining continuously, quality problem, employee problem, organization structure, disclosure of authority, and ethical problem. The specific implications occur when the corporate itself is a state owned company. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the company performance, - especially during declining periode and its effort to rise, grow, and sustain-, reassess the establishment purpose of the company, and institutional analysis to seek company rejuvenation options. To analyze the company performance, reassess the purpose of the company, and institutional problem, Hembrickâ��s model is used. This study finds that there is missalligning conception between the establishment of the company and the current bussines activities. The other implication is the governmentâ��s concern of Financial Services Authority (OJK), since the kind of institution itself still unclear.
