  • Organization improvements or bureaucracy reformation which was started in 2007 are currently being implemented by government institutions. The purpose of bureaucracy reformation is to provide prime services to the community. In order to provide such services, one of the most important steps to be done is to improve the quality of human resources within the organizations. One of the influencing factors on employee performance is the perception organizational support with the aspects is fairness, supervisor support, and reward with working condition. This study aims to test the influence of perception organizational support aspects on employeesâ�� performance in the Directorate of Metrology, Ministry of Trade. Fairness, supervisor support, and reward with working condition are the aspects tested for perception organizational support. Meanwhile, the aspects tested in the performance variable are work quality, work quantity, and cooperation ability. The research was done towards 61 respondents who are all employees of Directorate of Metrology by which the respondent selections were done using purposive sampling. Data processing was done using regression method in SPSS Version 17 program. Based on the research, the results obtained show that fairness and reward with working condition are not influencing employees' performance, but for supervisor support aspect are influencing employees' performance in the Directorate of Metrology, Ministry of Trade.
