  • Rapid technological developments have a significant impact on the television industry. Conventional TV market is getting left behind as the market has begun to move into the digital age with the presence of the latest of technologies such as LCD, Plasma and LED with its more stylish and economical. The number of conventional TV manufacturers around the world are reduced due to the growth rate of digital TV which has none. One of the largest TV manufacturers which currently surviving is the LP Displays. TV tube products already on the stage of decline, but companies still survive in this industry. LP Displays persisted within industry as a tube TV look there is still a potential market in countries such as Eastern Europe and Asia and other markets of a number of major competitors which already divested. The purpose of this research is to analyze appropriate strategy for the company in the business industry that decline to be the market leader in business strategy and determine the steps in the future. Researchers using the Matrix Product Life Cycle as a tool to analyze the company's position. Appropriate business strategy for the company's future is determined by generic strategies.
