- Condition of Banking industry in Indonesia for the moment has going places more promises. This condition cause rivalry among Banking in Indonesia, BUMN or private national Bank. As a big private national Bank, PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja Tbk needs to change their vision, mission, and strategy as a consequence of macro condition and ownership change. This condition has clearly visible with Bank Ekonomi Raharja ownership change in Maret 2009, where , Bank Ekonomi Raharja has selling 88,89% their share to HSBC Asia Pasifik Holdings (UK). With that change, Bank Ekonomi Raharja needs to evaluate and formulate their new vision, mission, and strategy, in order to win competitive advantage in Banking idustry. This study intend to evaluation PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja strategy in 2010. In this evaluation, writer using eksternal and internal analysis as a basic of analysis, plus environment industrial analysis and key succes factor as a matter of analysis to determine SWOT measuring factors company. The Framework of this study has 3 phase, i.e : 1. Input phase, envelope : a) External Factors Evaluation Matrix (EFEM)
