- Facing opportunities and competition, one strategy that can be applied by JASINDO is the market orientation strategy. JASINDO market orientation strategy measured using the basic principles of a market-oriented strategy consist intelligence information, information dissemination and responsiveness and its supporting components consist of organizational structure, process design, information technology, reward systems, leadership, culture, and competence management. Data obtained from interviews with employees who have long work experience with Jasindo and positioned in management structure. Interviews were conducted in formal and informal conditions to obtain detailed and complimentary information. JASINDO market orientation strategy application have been able to apply basic principles of a market-oriented strategy, but not for their supporting components. Several components must be improved. Supporting components to be developed include information technology, reward systems, leadership, and culture.
