  • The objective of this study is to examine the effect of pay satisfaction, servant leadership on organizational commitment. Two independent variables in this study are pay satisfaction and servant leadership. The dependent variable in this study is the sub scales of organizational commitment, which are affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. This research is conducted at PT Hartono Raya Motor Surabaya. The objects for this study are employees with one year experience within the company. The respondentsâ�� quantities in this research are 50 respondents. The measurements of all variables are based on the respondentâ��s answers and assessments by using SPSS 18 toward the statements in the questionnaire. This research has two hypothesises, pay satisfaction has significant effect over organizational commitment, and servant leadership has significant effect over organizational commitment. Multipleregression is applied in this research to examine the hypothesis with pay satisfaction, servant leadershi as independent variables and organizational commitment as dependent variable. The result concluded that there is a significant effect between pay satisfaction and servant leadership over organizational commitment with sig=0,001 for normative commitment and continuance commitment, and sig=.018 for affective commitment. Pay satisfaction shows significant effect on normative commitment and continuance commitment, but not on affective commitment, while servant leadership shows no effect on affective commitment.
