  • This study aimed to examine the transformational leadership style, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. The study was conducted at BJB Islamic Bank, method of data collection used questionnaires on the number of employees at branch offices that meet the criteria. Analysis of data used multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. The results of multiple regression analysis using SPSS is where there is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership style with job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation also has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Extrinsic motivation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
