  • As one of the main players in the property industry in Indonesia, PT STS has been successful in developing its numerous line of business for 21 years, which is proven by the 90% average of occupancy rate for all its properties. However, internally there are indications of weakness of leadership and employeesâ lack of trust of the employers, which has a tendency to affect the employeesâ commitment to the organization as a whole. This condition has become obvious when looking at the employeesâ turn over data (2007 â 2011) that reaches an average of 9.6% compared to the normal limit of 8% (for retail and service industry) and the high numbers of employeeâs tardiness data (2007 â 2011), which increases every year. This research uses the quantitative and qualitative methods where the writer has collected 100 questionnaires and conducted 3 interviews with the companyâs employees. This research is aimed to show whether the implementation of Servant Leadership and Trust in Leader will significantly influence employeesâ Organizational Commitment at PT STS, keeping in mind that during the course of business development, PT STS and its leaders has to build a strong relationship based on trust in order for the company to be successful in all its properties. The result of this research has shown that Servant Leadership in concurrent with Trust in Leader has a strong contribution and significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Partially, Servant Leadership has a âquite strong, one-way, and significantâ relationship with Organizational Commitment with a low influence towards Organizational Commitment. Trust in Leader has a âstrong, one-way, and significantâ relationship with Organizational Commitment, which is also low, but is still higher, compared to Servant Leadership. These two variables have to be improved by PT STS by all its leaders so the commitment level of employees to the organization can be improved.
