- Development of technology is something that can not be irresistible. Any activity undertaken at this time can not be separated by the influence of technology. The technology itself was developed from science, so that the existence of science and technology of each activity is expected to be utilized for all activities. Currently the use of technology has also been entered into the educational process. More and more educational institutions utilizing science and technology in a variety of activities, both core activities and additional activities. It can not be separated by more rapid access to information from various sources in various parts of the world. Internet media who has been accelerating the spread of information and technology. Along with the rise of the activities using the Internet as a medium in a variety of activities, the National Resilience Institute as an institution of which the vision and mission to educate and generate prospective national leaders did not want to fall behind in the utilization of science and technology in support of the implementation of educational programs in the Deputy Educational Resilience Institute of RI. Deputy for Educational Affairs Lemhannas itself organizes various educational and workforce each year to generate candidates for the national leaders. Program Pendidikan Reguler Angkatan (PPRA), Program Pendidikan Singkat Angkatan (PPSA) serta Forum Konsolidasi (Forkon) is a routine which runs from March each year. In implementing the education programs, in line with government policy, the Deputy Education utilizing science and technology in the learning process with the aim to improve the quality of education itself. In addition, by utilizing science and technology in the process of education, science and technology are also expected to introduce themselves to the participants so that the implementation of education in the field later, the participants were able to follow the very rapid development, especially in the technology world. The application of science and technology to support their own education program used to enhance the absorptive capacity of participants in the mastery of the material and facilitate the participants in a variety of information sources that will support the learning activities during the National Resilience Institute. Various facilities and infrastructure that support the use of science and technology education program should always be considered so in accordance with the conditions of the participants, the material conditions and environmental conditions, so the absorbent so that the final results are expected to be achieved..
