  • Helminthiasis is a disease caused by a worm or helminth. Worm disease is one of the neglected infectious diseases I Neglected Infectious Diseases (NIDS) that can lead to deterioration of health, nutrition, intelligence and productivity. Factors that could cause the high incidence of this worm disease is environmental sanitation, hygiene, education level, socio-economics, knowledge, attitude, behavior and geographical conditions. Survey worm infestation in children from elementary schools in the Eastern District Seluma Seluma Bengkulu District has not been done. This study aimed to determine the relationship between school environment factors, home environmental sanitation, personal hygiene and nutritional status with the intensity of soil transmitted helminth infections in children in District Elementary School District East Seluma Seluma Bengkulu. This study is a non experimental cross sectional design.The subjects were elementary shool students in District Five East Seluma. Sehuna Bengkulu Regency je 5thand 6thgraders,A sampel size of 215 samples. The samples with a total sampling technique, Stool e,carnination by Kato Katz method of sample analysis ~ing Chi-square test. The results showed no significant relationship between the school environment, ho~e" environment and individual gygiene intensity STH infections in children in the District Elementary School District Seluma, Selwna Bengkulu (P = 0,011), (P= 0,04) and ( P=O,OOO).Therewas no significant relationship between nutritional status with STH infections in ymmg elementary school in District East Seluma, Seluma District Bengkulu (P=O,586)
