- Background: Socialization of adolescents reproductive health (ARH) was limited for lower secondary school students and did not aimed to elementary school students. The happened because of the incompability of the ARH socialization for 10-12 years old student. Thus, the suitable ARH promotion program for 10-12 years old is important to be developed. Objectives: The research is aimed to make suitable shool ARH promotion program for early adolescent between 10-12 years old. Methode: The subject of this explorative qualitative research is elementary school teacher, pediatric psychologyst, health promotion officer of Jombang Distric Health office, fifth grande students and their parent (scool committe). Data was collected by interview and focus group discussion. Results: The target group evaluate the subject matter of the ARH education has not required yet, it has no agent for ARH education the line which use generally to get ARH information from school and student perents, whereas the strategy of the ARH education policy which in progress in depend on it own school. Based on the evaluation, the developing of reproduction promotion health doing by adopting already ARH substance and less certain part fitted the target group need and use booklet. The booklet was used cause it is the cheaper media. The strategy uses, is made school as an information channel, whereas the teacher and student parents as a fasilitator. The evaluation result showed that the target group welcome and appreciate the fact of the developing ARH education by understanding the ARH case. Student parents and teachers ware being brave to explain about ARH by use booklet as a guidance. Conclusion: Booklet is the most effective media as a promotion program for early adolescence between 10-12 years in school. However, it still need their teachers and their parents to give guidelines.
