- Have been done the investigation of the phenomenon of electro-dielectric chip dielectric superparamagnetik iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) magnetite with the size of 13.0 nm, 14.4 nm, 14.8 nm, 15.5 nm and 16.5 nm. SPIONs magnetite dielectric properties were investigated in the frequency range (70-350) kHz. The test results demonstrate the value of the dielectric properties of real and imaginary dielectric constants decreased with increasing frequency and increasing the size of SPIONs magnetite powder. decrease in the dielectric constant of the imaginary and the real value by the increase in frequency corresponding to the Debye relaxation, which indicates the frequency range used in this test result values of �� > 1. This indicates that the dielectric plate of SPIONs magnetite has the similar characteristics to the characteristics of magnetite in bulk condition. Magneto-dielectric SPIONs magnetite has also been investigated with the provision of an external magnetic field start from 100 G up to 400 G, with an interval of 100 G. These investigation showed that the external magnetic field causes changes in the value of real and imaginary dielectric constants of SPIONs magnetite. If the position of external magnetic field poles is similar with the electric field poles, the addition of external field causes the dielectric constant of the magnetite SPIONs decreased. If the position of external magnetic field poles is the opposite ones with the electric field poles, the addition of external field causes the dielectric constant of the magnetite SPIONs increased. Changes in the amount of the external field, do not give any shift value of real and imaginary dielectric constants significantly, it is an indication that SPIONs dielectric plate have similar characteristics to the characteristics of magnetite in bulk condition.
