- Considering the importance of career problem in human life, the adolescent to be prepared and assisted to plan a better future from early. This can be done by providing guidance and career education continuously. Adolescent need some specific phases before finally taking a decision. This study aims to achieve career decision making skill in students MAN. Participants who involves in this study are 32 students class XI from major of IPA (Mathematical and Natural Sciences) and IPS (Social Studies), 16 subjects were the experimental group and 16 subjects were the control group. The training consisted of 10 sessions and was given in 2 times meeting which each meeting was three hours duration. Before and after training, the subject has been given a scale of career decision making skill. The training matter and the scale of career decision making skill were compiled based upon the Cognitive Information Processing model of career decision-making aspect that was communication, analysis, synthesis, value and execution. Analysis result of t-tes showed that training �Menemukan Langkah Terbaikku� was effective in assisting Senior High School students in achieve career decision making skill. Subjects that got training �Menemukan Langkah Terbaikku� had higher level career decision making skill than subjects that didn�t get the training.
