- Development of business is very rapidly, causing a fairly tight market competition. Every day a lot of businessesman introduce products with creativity and innovation, that market competition can not be avoided any longer. Purpose of this research is measure spiritual leadership, innovative culture and problem solving ability to predict the behavior of innovative work. The hypothesis advanced is that of spiritual leadership, innovative culture and problem solving ability is a predictor of innovative work behavior. Characteristics of research subjects are permanent employees of company X and have a year of service at least one year. This research is a field study that will use a quantitative methodology. The questionnaire used is an innovative work behavior, spiritual leadership, innovative culture, and problem solving skills. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis of the 85 respondents indicated that the variables of spiritual leadership, innovative culture and capability to predict the behavior of the completion of groundbreaking work with F = 26.613 and p = 0.0001 (p <0.05). Simultaneously, spiritual leadership, innovative culture and problem solving skills contributed 49.6% of innovative work behavior
