Websites and chatbot are potential media for improving adolescents' knowledge about depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the website and chatbot to improve adolescents' knowledge about depression. There were 91 participants of class eleven, who were divided into threegroups: control group, website users and chatbot users. Depression literacy tests used to measure the knowledge of adolescents before and after the treatment to determine the effects of the media. The results of covariance analysis showed the significant differences between the control group and the experimental group (F = 48.07, p <0.01).
