- This study aims to figure out the relationship between psychological capital and organizational justice towards employee work engagement. Work engagement is a positive psychological approach to understand organizational behavior. Employee work engagement is the degree of employee attraction toward his job and is characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption for the job.
