- Legal protection for a good faith purchaser in land dispute resolution, there are remedies that have been provided by the state that is a lawsuit to the District Court or the Administrative Court. These remedies aim to put a good faith purchaser in his capacity as a legal subject is protected by the law. Of course, to get better legal protection of good faith purchase must be able to prove himself as a good faith buyer. This research is a Case Study Design the research to obtain comprehensive and integrated information related to the case in District Court Decision of Ujung Pandang in a civil case on the issue of land disputes. The Report of this research is descriptive analysis with the way by formulated legislation rules that applicable to the problems associated legal protection for well intention buyer. Research Findings and Decision of our case studies that is Consideration and Decision of District Court of Ujung Pandang establish the validity of the disputed land ownership. Legal protection toward land buyer on the lawsuit resulted the cancellation of rights on purchased lands. It is stated in Article 19 paragraph (2) c, Article 23, 32 and 38 of the UUPA, Article 32 paragraph (1), PP No.24 in 1997 concerning land rights certificates as strong evidence of Article 2 of PP No.37 of 1998 and its implementing regulations impose an obligation to the PPAT substance in order to collect data on the transferred land rights as carefully as possible. The conclusions is that in the purchasing of land which has been certified, buyers should have a good faith to check again the validity of the certificate at the Land Office in conjunction with the owner (seller) and bring the original certificate
