- The use of paper excessively affected to the operational cost and indirectly affecting the ecological. The maintenance of the paper also cost money and space. On the other hand there is some exploiting paper which takes place momentarily. For example a newspaper, the letter of invitation and a leaflet. Paper is discarded after the read. This can be done away with the alternative technology in addition to the paper. Information technology in this becomes an alternative technology as a substitute for paper. This research aims at designing a paperless office system. Modification of the encryption algorithm as part of efforts to increase security. Encryption algorithm will detect the record date, shifting the ASCII code and insert random characters. System is used for modern office with the support of information technology. Method used is the intranet technology. Research results in the form of a draft system of paperless information systems and paperless office.
