- Along with e-government policy which started (to apply) in Indonesia since early 2000, BPK RI did the e-government by applying electronic based audit (e-audit). Moreover, there are also exchange of information and online service to fulfill the expectancy from BPK RI stakeholders according to the task and function of inspection. To make data-taking easier, BPK RI promoted data synergy with auditees through link & match data strategy. This strategy was implemented with a sign of MoU (Memo of Understanding) between BPK RI and the ministry and/or region government. The sign of MoU was held regularly, started from June 2010. Through this MoU, the data center of BPK RI will be formed by linking the electronic data of BPK RI (e-BPK) and auditees (e-auditee). Through this data center, BPK RI can do data recording, processing, using and monitoring from any source to inspect nation state monetary usage and accountability. This way, the nation state monetary monitoring will become stronger and the inspection of BPK RI will be more effective and efficient. This study was using DeLone and McLean (2003) modified model. The variables used in this study were the system quality, information quality, service quality and net benefits. Data was taken by distributing questioners, interviewing respondents and field observation. The date taken then analyzed using smartpls 2.0 software. The result of the analysis in the research showed that system quality, information quality, service quality has significant affect to net benefitd. Result of this research was a recommendation that can be used for future improvement and increasing effectiveness of BPK synergy.
