- The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Specialis Allocation Fund (SAF) and General Allocation Fund (GAF) to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in 20 district/city of Papua on 2006 to 2010. This research does on 2012 with 100 sampel and use Specialis Allocation Fund/SAF, General Allocation Fund/GAF, and Real Gross Regional Domestic Product/GRDP on 2000 as secunder data. Data were analyzed using multiple regression of panel data analysis to test effect of Specialis Allocation Fund (SAF) and General Allocation Fund (GAF) to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The result demonstrated that overall hypothesis supported. The result also demonstrated that General Allocation Fund (GAF) significant impact to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), but Specialis Allocation Fund (SAF) not impact Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP).
