- This study aims to determine the responsibility of notary who commit law�s discovery on making deed whether the notary violated code of conduct and Notary profession Law, Act 16 Number 30 Year 2004 about notary neutral attitude or not and to determine the legal consequence on the deed that notary made, also to learn about legal protection for client or people involved on those deed regarding the validity of the deed associated with Civil Code Article Act 1870 implying notary as a perfect evidence. This research belongs to juridical- normative research. The data technique in this research, completed with field research by using secondary data and primary data. The data collection technique in this research applied documentary study and interview with basic informants. Data obtained from study result analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. The study found that First, in terms notary performs law�s discovery and proven do violation to the deed he/she made, therefore notary has full responsibility on the deed and would get punishment according the violation. Secondly, the juridical consequence of the deeds those parties made in presence of a notary, the notary may be sued along with the presumption of valid (the authentic deed have to be considered valid until there are those who claim the deeds is not valid) with a lawsuit over to District court. Thirdly, the legal protection for the client related to notary�s deed as perfect evidence therefore notary on performing their duties supervised by Supervisory Agency so that notary in performing their duties fulfill the requirements prescribed by law.
