- This study aims to determine the strategy of utilization of fixed assets Sorong regency administration such as land and buildings. The analysis tools is the SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix. The results showed that the utilization of goods / assets located in the SO and WO quadrant with the highest score, so the strategy is a strategy that can be implemented using the internal weaknesses of Sorong regency administration in managing these assets in cooperation with the private sector to leverage assets and the Independent Assessment Team to be able to find out how much the economic value of these assets. Strategy of using force to take advantage of existing opportunities, the investment opportunities of these assets, thereby increasing revenues. Conclusions obtained from this study is the right strategy in the utilization of fixed assets (land and buildings) owned Sorong regency administration is an alternative form of operational cooperation (KSO) because it has the strength and greater opportunities than the alternative use leasing and lending alternatives.
