- The rising food demand is followed by the increasing population growth from time to time. Hence, the government should increase agricultural production. Presently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor-Leste plays the main role to be responsible for the food production from year to year. To achieve such a target, the Timor-Leste DNIGUA is required to provide maximum support to increase agricultural production. The intense burden, presently, has not been capable to be carried out yet by the Timor-Leste DNIGUA. It was revealed that the realized improvement and the new development during the last five years did not achieve the target. Various effort have been performed
