- Mortality can be predicted from a score system for patient in pediatric intensive care unit. The score system in each intensive care unit is different. It depends on human resources and facilities. PRISM III score is the most common score system. A cohort study, the required sample was 52, who were admitted to PICU RSUP. Sardjito. The results of data collection is done by analyzing the 17 variables in the PRISM III by linear regression of the dependent variable with each dependent variable. Analysis followed by multiple logistic regression of predictors of influential factors. Cutt off Point of PRISM III score is calculate also. A total of 64 patients taken in the study, based on the analysis showed that predictors of mortality factors that influence the mental status with relative risk (RR) 13.21 (95% CI 1.18 to 14.80), the number of leukocytes with RR 19.51 (95% CI 18.12 to 25.15) and BUN with RR 22.87 (95% CI 1.85 to 28.20). And the cut off point of PRISM III score is 51 with sensitivity 80% and spesifity 100%
