- The gift of scholarship to lecturers at 19 November Kolaka University is a making decision process where the lecturer who get scholarship basically chose by some criteria. The main goal of this thesis is to show that Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model can be applied to making decision of scholarship gift for lecturers at 19 November Kolaka University. Implementation of this model is using Simple multiattribute rating technique, that is the most simple of Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT), and using manually rangking. Decision-making system starts with building a MADM model, namely by identifying the goal, then lowering the criteria to be met by a decision, in this case are the alternatives to be selected, ie lecturers candidate recipients. Decision making system start by build MADM model, that is identified the goal of decision, then inherit all criteria that must be have by decisions, other ways, all alternative must be chosen, all the lecturers. The next step, we order all criteria basically by the need of criteria as condition, using manually rangking technique, then all the alternatif one by one get value of their criteria, and we use Simple multiattribute rating technique to finally rank all the alternative.
