The XRD measurement showed that the particle size of the catalyst remained constant around 3 nm. the sintering leads to the changing of catalyst structure from alloy to core shell. It is recognized that catalyst treated on 7 and 15 hours leads to the phase separation. The fuel cell performance test was done with single cell measurement and showed that PtCo treated for 3 hours has the best performance.
