- Development of science and technology is marked by technological growth of communication and information means, particularly since 1990s. This growth influences human life aspect, including library. Technology o f information truly provides, present, and promise the speed, which is one of the main factors within information management. The applied technology of information plays a very urgent role in a library. It’s undebatable that technology of information can improve the library existence which finally can also improve the quality and quantity of performance and service in libraries.
