- Both reading and learning are very important activities for human being. That is because through both reading and learning we will be able to explore and make-up of science information, technology and others to various places. An advanced level of reading and learning must be followed by a high motivation and an endless enthusiasm. Because the enthusiasm to read and learn is not a ‘taken for granted’ ability of human beings. One must strive and even struggle to achieve a good motivation and enthusiasm for reading and learning. A motivation coming from deep inside becomes a motivation of soul which be based on his own need of something. On the other hand, the outer motivation or a motivation coming from outside is an enthusiasm and motivation to read and learn which are coming from environmental factors such as family habit, governmental policy, and so on
