- The main objective of reference services held by each library, is to be able to inform some information or resources appropriately and quickly, or allow the user / users find information quickly. Providing reference services is a fun job as well as a challenge for reference librarians, as librarians are not only dealing with a collection of reference only, but also dealing with users.
