- Society generally tend to look at an organization (company) to reflect the personality of its leader. Linkage between the organization and its leader (Chief Executive Officer / CEO) is the basis for ethical culture. If an organization is required to behave ethically, then a high – level management must be ethical in everything that is done and said. Upper management should be able become role models, so that the concept model of development or construction of ethical use of information technology can penetrate into the entire organizational unit and fell to the bottom so that it touches every employee in the use of information technology.
