- Librarian is a Human Resources (HR) that process libraries, both librarians who served the college library, school or agency. Librarian is a profession that requires education or training to manage the library. The Professionalism librarians should be improved because librarians are at the forefront in a library. If libraries want to continue to progress and develop, the library should have a professional librarian. A professional librarian, does not quite have the diploma he earned in college where he lectures, but must be given the appropriate training to the profession.
