- The library is one of the key staple that can affect the level of public interest in reading. Format library rigid and has a conventional style of service, will not be able to increase the interest of the public to visit the library. Therefore we need a new library format that is more elegant and attractive and appropriate with the conditions now. Library café and Warkop an ideal library format that can be a solution to increase public interest in visiting the library and reading books of course.
