Pengaruh Variasi Aerasi – Filtrasi Terhadap Kadar Besi (Fe) Di Desa Rejomulyo Kecamatan Barat Kabupaten Magetan Tahun 2017

- Iron (Fe) often a problem in the provision of water for household needs, especially if the source of ground water. Water Supply Company well water in Rejomulyo Village contains high iron level (Fe) 0,983 mg / l. Although iron (Fe) is required by the body, but in large doses it can damage the intestinal wall. One alternative can be done to reduce iron level (Fe) in water by using aeration-filtration method. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of aeration-filtration variation on iron content (Fe). This type of research is true experiment with one group pretest postest. The population research is a whole water of Water Supply Company Rejomulyo Village with sample technique is quota sampling. Statistical test using One Way Anova with result of significant value 0.000 which p-sign ≤ 0,01 which is mean there is influence of aeration-filtration variation to iron level (Fe). Next test of Post Hoch Test LSD with the largest mean different result 0,008167 is on aeration-filtration variation treatment which is variation of aeration-filtration is variation with highest percentage of decrease equal to 98,18% with decrease of iron level from 0,983 mg / l to 0,018 mg / l. Based on the result of research indicate that well water treatment of Water Supply Company with variation of aeration-filtration is the highest decrease to iron level (Fe).
