The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource competencies, implementation of accounting systems, use of information technology and internal control system of the quality of financial statements of local government at the Department of Work Units (SKPD) in Sukoharjo. Samples peneliian is an employee at SKPD sukoharjo.Research techniques usedsampling is purposive sampling, while for data collectionby spreading questioner. Once the data is collected Data later were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the competence of human resources, utilization of information technology, internal control system to influence the quality of local government financial statements
