- Simpang lima Semarang is area where people go there every holidays or weekends. This area have administrative center, educational center, shopping and culinary center. Culinary center set aside vorious kind of food which it contains appetizer, main course, and dessert. Culinary can be found in the stalls where it be readied by government and it have cause problems. This shelter have food courts concept, it have no solution for Semarang which have unpredictable weather. Weather like wind speed, high rainfall, and hot sun is a problem that it must have solution. Methods through literature studies, site survey and data analysis was performed in order to obtain the best result design of Simpang lima Semarang. Purpose of restruscture culinary Simpang lima semarang is repairing this condition to be more comfortable and support activity in culinary buildings. In RTRW Semarang City Year 2011-2031 has been set for the region wisdom BWK I (Middle Semarang, Semarang Semarang East South) as Regional Offices, Trade and services, Education, and Public Space.
