Analisis Kesalahan Siswa Dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Materi Aljabar Dengan Taksonomi SOLO Pada Siswa Kelas VIII Di SMP Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017

- This research aimed to describe the mistakes of the student in completing algebra in terms of five levels SOLO taxonomy. This research is a qualitative descriptive. The subjects were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Teras totaling 33 students. The data collection technique using the test method, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique conducted in stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The analytical framework developed by SOLO taxonomy level. The results were obtained five SOLO taxonomy level with great presentation that prestructural level of 5.17%, 7.75% unistructural level, multistructural level of 18.10%, 51.72% level relational and extended abstract level of 17.24%. The results showed the students' mistakes more dominant relational level is compared to another level with this type of error principle. Errors students on the relational level is because the attitude of haste students work on the problems and the students do not revisit or re-examine the answer was undertaken.
