- Investors need information to assist in making the right investment decisions. Research aims to analyze the effect of the ratio of liquidity, profitability, sales growth and dividends on stock prices in manufacturing companies 2012-2014. The population of this research is a manufacturing company listing on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Thirty-nine samples were collected using purposive sampling method. The data analysis used linear regression. Result research shows that ratio liquidity have significant impact on stock price, which shown by sig value 0,002 < 0,05. profitability Ratio have significant impact on stock price, which shown by sig value 0,000 < 0,05. Growth Sales doesn't have significant impact on stock price, which shown by sig value 0,611 > 0,05. dividen doesn't have significant impact on stock price, which shown by sig value 0,442 > 0,05.
