transparency, obstacles encountered, and solutions to overcome them. This research case
study on village administration Pabelan Kartasura Districts of Sukoharjo. This study used
qualitative methods to describe the result of the data obtained. Data collection techniques
by observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of test data using triangulation
of data sources and data collection techniques. Analysis of data using an interactive model
analysis through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion.
This study has shown the role of the village committee to promote the principles of
transparency that provide good service to the community, to convey information to the
chairman of RT, had a meeting with the chairman RT intermediary, answered questions of
society both verbally and in writing, their direct supervision of the head of the village.
Obstacles encountered in the form of lack of information boards, governance regulations
have not been fully understood by village, yet their website, the village does not answer
directly questions the community, the village head has not fully provide oversight to the
village. The solution is to build a tower internet (hotspot), the village should try to
understand the existing regulatory system, seeks to provide a website, set a specific
timetable for serving all questions from the community, village heads provide motivation
