- Background: Agility is the body's ability to change direction at speed at moving without losing balance in position. Body composition is very influential on the motion about a man. Agility mobile played special role of the physical, agility is not a single physical component, but is composed of components coordination, strength, reaction time and power. Some facto affects agility include anthropometry, body type, age, sex, and weight. Objective: To determine the effects of exercise Zig Zag running to the increased agility in soccer players aged 15-18 years in New Salatiga Training Center. Methods: This study used a quasi experimental design with control group pre-test and post-test design, engineering data analysis in this study is paired samples t-test for normal distribution of data, while the Wilcoxon test for abnormal distribution data Results: There was an effect of exercise zig zag running towards agility football players. Conclusion: There is a zig zag effect of exercise running against deficits improve agility pemainn football aged 15-18 years.
