- Currently, many educational institutions that offer special programs to memorize Qur'an known as Tahfidzul Qur'an. One of them is a boarding school. In addition to memorizing the Qur'an, the students Tahfidzul Qur'an has a greater moral responsibility as people who are considered good morals nor spoken in everyday life. This is because the Qur'an can be used as control a person's behavior, how one behaves, spoken word and personality. In psychology, to reveal the personality can use an instrument in the form of test kits, one of which is the 16 Personality Factor compiled by Raymond B Cattel. The purpose of this reseaeches is to knowing Tahfidzul Qur’an personalitie’s factor with 16 PF test. This research use a quantitative descriptive method. The informants in this research using 60 students with 16 minimum ages. Data collection method used the psychotestwich is 16 PFan it will be analiezed by descriptive analize. Based on data analysis result, students in PPTQ Ibn Abbas Klaten grouped into three categories. Personality profile on male students, Personality profile on female students. And all students personality profile. In general, the students has almost similarities personality characateristic. But the students men and women there are some unique and different factors. Unique personality characteristics of male students is that they have the factor I (Sensitive) and factor E (dominance) is low. While different personality characteristics of female students show factor M (Imagination) and Q4 factor (Tension) high.
