The objective of this research was to find out the differences amongst the working pulse, blood pressure, and emotional disorders of the labors exposured to noise more or/and less than LTV production department at PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. The method used in this research was observational design with cross-sectional approach. The population of this research was working labors at Production Department at PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Surakarta which encompassed “cucuk” and Weaving labors that amounted 65 people. The technique of sampling used in this research was purposive sampling with the term samples that met the inclusion criteria were 36 people. The statistical test used in this reasearch was Mann-Whitney The result of the statistical test on the difference amongst working pulse, blood pressure, and emotional disorders on worker exposured to noise under LTV, the three differ significantly (p=0,000). Can be concluded that the difference working pulse, blood pressure, and emotional Disorders on worker exposured to noise above and Under LTV.
