Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that: First, the Court has obtained legal facts and assumptedit is proved that the disputed land and house tenure of the Defendant is without legitimate rights, so that the judges stated that the action of Defendant is against the law. Second, the disputed land which was the joint property of late Ismail Naidoo Plaintiff Handoyo and First Plaintiff are now the property of the heirs, the Plaintiffs. Thus the tenure of the Defendants on the disputed land is void and unlawful. Third, as a legal consequence on the tenure of the house without any legitimate rightsis The Defendants must vacate the disputed land by dismantling the houses stood above land title No. 964 sized 790 m2, located in NusukanVillage, BanjarsariDistrict, Surakarta City.
