LIYA brand shuttlecock industry is labor intensive where most of the production process still involves human labor with equipment used in manual and semi-manual. The production process is still using manual equipment is indicated causes the production process to be longer and cause employees to feel complaints of muscle pain and fatigue as a result of the dimensions of the means of production is not ergonomic. evaluation should be done to reduce the impact, the method of tool ergonomics and redesign concept it is expected to resolve the problems that exist. The purpose of the research conducted as follows: Conduct analysis and evaluation of work postures in home industry shuttlecock brand LIYA on the production employees using REBA, know how the level of risk and the types of jobs most at risk cause complaints, determine the design of good tools and ergonomic, determine the good alternative movement to reduce the risk of complaints. By using the REBA it can be seen the level of risk of work postures, it peta tangan kiri dan peta tangan kanan can be seen movements of anything that is not effective / efficient and analyzed using anthropometric data from studies conducted knowable ideal size to be applied in working facility design / production equipment.
