  • The purpose of this research are: 1) the effect of student perceptions pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes. 2) the effect of the school environment on student learning outcomes of students. 3) the effect of student perception pedagogical competence of teachers and students of the school environment to student learning outcomes. This research includes quantitative research associative. The population in this study were students of class X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta force 2015/2016, amounting to 328 students with samples taken as many as 167 students with simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique using questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaire previously trialed and tested for validity and reliability were tested. The conclusions drawn are: 1) perception of student pedagogical competence of teachers positive effect on student learning outcomes. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) is known t = 7.488> table = 1.975 and a significance value <0.005, which is 0.000 with the relative contribution of 56% and the effective contribution of 23.8%. 2) The school environment positive effect on student learning outcomes. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) note that t = 7.488> table = 1.975 and a significance value <0.005, which is 0.000 with the relative contribution of 44% and the effective contribution of 18.8%. 3) perception of student pedagogical competence of teachers and students of the school environment together positive effect on student learning outcomes. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis of variance (F test) note that of F = 60.851> F table = 3,051dengan significance value <0.05 is 0.000. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.426 indicates that the influence of student perception pedagogical competence of teachers and school environment on student learning outcomes of economic subjects was 42.6%, while the rest influenced by other variables.
