  • The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effect of how to study accounting trading companies towards learning difficulties of students. 2) the effect in response to the teaching skills of accounting faculty trading companies towards learning difficulties students. 3) the effect of learning and teaching skills of faculty responses to the trading company's accounting to student learning difficulties Accounting Education Faculty of School of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta 2014/2015 This study uses quantitative methods associative. The population in this study were all students of accounting education and School of Teacher Training and Education Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta force in 2014/2015 which was 211 students. The sampling technique used Porportional Sampling. Sample as many as 131 respondents. Necessary data obtained through a questionnaire and documentation that has been tested and tested for validity and reliability were tested. Data analysis techniques in this research is the prerequisite analysis using normality test and linearity test, whereas hypothesis testing using multiple regression, F test, t-test, R2, and the relative contribution and effective. The results of the regression equation obtained regression equation learning difficulties are Y = 162,934-0,781X1-0,473X¬2. The conclusion of this study are: 1) How students learn significantly influence student learning difficulties. This is evident from the test results were obtained -thitung < -ttable (-6.125 < -1.979) and P value (0.000 <0.05); 2) Faculty teaching skills significantly influence student learning difficulties. This is evident from the test t results were obtained -thitung < -ttable (-2.981 < -1.979) and P value (0.003 <0.05); 3) How to learn teaching skills of students and faculty together significant effect on learning difficulties. This is evident from the test F results were obtained Fhitung > Ftable (38.625> 3.067) and P value (0.000 <0.05). Test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.376, which means that the variable student learning and teaching skills of faculty influence on student learning difficulties Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta accounting education at 37.6%, while the remaining 62.4% influenced by other variables not studied, for example, learning environment, learning and motivation to learn
