at PT. PLN Surakarta.
This research was doing at PT. PLN Surakarta with all permanent
employee population. PT. PLN’s permanent employee population is 50
people. Technique and methode analysis in this research was using multiple
regression analysis.
The result of this research show that leadership, physical working
