- this research purpose was to identify the correlation between double role conflict by work stress at woman. Hypothesis from this research was there was positive correlation between double role conflict by stress. Subjek in this research was a woman employees in PT Pelita Tomangmas Karanganyar with the characteristic have a married and a housewife, live single but have the child. Sum up the subject in this research that was 80 employees. Research method use the quantitative method. The data analyze use correlation Pearson technique fufilled of normality test and linierity test becoming condition in executing it, the data analyze was use correlation pearson technique. The data analyze result was showing that there was positive correlation between double role conflict by work stress, can be knowable from correlation value (r) equal to 0,591 with p = 0,000 (p<0,01). Categorisation result known that double role conflict variable have empiric mean equal to 127,44 and hipotetic mean equal to 115 have a meaning middle of. Work stress variabel have empiric mean equal to 129,04 and hipotetic mean equal to 92,5 have a ameaning very high. Double role conflict contribution to stres work equal to 34,92%. The rest equal to 65,08% influenced by the other factors outside double role conflict. Conclusion from this research was there was positive correlation between double role conflict with works stress at woman.
