This research is conducted with a purpose to find out the influence of budgeting participation, organizational commitment, and environmental uncertainly to the managerial performance at Kasih Ibu Surakarta’s hospital.The sample in this research is 45 managers with purposive sampling method. Techniques and methods of data analysis used in this research in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS19 program. The result of the research are budgeting participation, organizational commitment, and environmental uncertainly influence to managerial performance.
