  • Kedisiplinan anak perlu ditingkatkan dengan kegiatan yang asyik dan menyenangkan, salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak melalui kegiatan outbound. Salah satu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah melalui kegiatan outbound dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak Kelompok Bermain Pelangi Ceria Jirapan Masaran Sragen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah anak Kelompok Bermain Pelangi Ceria Jirapan Masaran Sragen yang berjumlah 15 anak. Penelitian ini bersifat kolaboratif antara peneliti, guru kelas dan guru pendamping. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperiksa dengan triagulasi. Teknik analisis data dengan perbandingan tetap dengan langkah meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan anak melalui kegiatan outbound yakni prasiklus 49%, siklus I 63% dan siklus II 83%. Berdasarkan data diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan melalui metode outbound dapat meningkatakan kedisiplinan anak Kelompok Bermain Pelangi Ceria Jirapan Masaran Sragen Tahun ajaran 2014/2015. One purpose of this study was to knowing through outbound activities can be improve child discipline in Play Group Pelangi Ceria Jirapan Masaran Sragen. Type of research is a classroom action research. Subjects were children of Play Grup Pelangi Ceria Jirapan Masaran Sragen Year 2014/2015. Totaling of 15 children. This research is collaboration between researcher, teacher and classroom teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity ic checjed with triagulasi and analysis techniques with a fixed ratio with measures including collection., reduction, conclution and presentation. The result showed an increase in child discipline through of outbound activities before siklus 49%, first siklus 63%, second siklus 83%. Based on the above can be concluded increase the child discipline of Play Group Pelangi Ceria Jirapan Masaran Sragen academic of year 2014/2015. Keywords : Discipline, outbound activity
